So glad we chose Broomlea guest House! Staff are very helpful and pleasant, one member of staff took my heavy luggage upstairs so I could settle in and relax! Nice family feel, the most helpful friendly staff I have ever come across! Room is cosy with everything you could need. Nearby station, shop and pub and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!
Received very warm welcome from James and his lovely wife. Beautiful house in a beautiful environment. Grocery store just a min away, and train station less than 5mins away. Enjoyed my stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw when I arrived at Broom lea OK it's not the ritz but the owner was polite, helpful showed me to my room. A family one, advised me that breakfast was cereal and orange juice. All in my room in the fridge Pleanty of tea and coffee It was clean I shared a shower room with a toilet and another toilet room with a sink and toilet. Just outside my room door all very clean So basically for the price I paid I was very happy indeed So much I have rebooked to stay again

Last minute booking for Easter weekend trip and we were pleasantly surprised with excellent arrangements, owner communicated well and cleared all doubts. We had a quiet stress free stay in clean and good sized rooms, can recommend to anyone visiting the area.
